Parked their coach in a public bus stop for hours during a football match meaning my bus couldn't stop there and I was an hour late for work. Reported to BTP.

Don't usually leave reviews but booked tickets for Jersey boys for 29th July no bus arrived so phoned office only to be told it was now 19 August no email or letter to inform us. 2 very unhappy customers. Would even give 1 star but can't leave less

Can't thank the staff/drivers at Galloway enough. My elderly grandmother left her handbag on one of the national express coaches, when contacting them they had reassured it was safe and offered to meet to return it. After this not being possible they delivered my grandmothers bag directly to her. Thank-you again, excellent customer service.

treatment of my husband by Galloway is appalling after being removed from coach driving national express he is on service work with a drop in money his manager don't treat him right don't help no kindness and not on his side he deserves better but has no choice but to stay I don't recieve a staff pass as i am banned what for hey disgusted Galloway have let my husband down big time he is worth more than this

well yes some friendly drivers some too friendly coaches old need new ones many defects that drivers report that are not corrected and ard are dangerous wake up mr Cattermole your staff are working in bad conditions low pay other nat x in other areas of east anglia earn much more long hours with stress no home life drivers should strike what would office do then !!!!!
