I have used galaxy travels to help book my mum’s tickets to visit me in England . From the start they were very professional always prompt to communicate and even help you search for best value flights.

My mum’s return flight delayed and she’s lost her suitcase which had all the gifts she bought. Galaxy travels were very responsive even during wee hours of the morning when I didn’t know where my mum was as she had missed her connecting flights.
I am happy that Galaxy travels did not abandon us but they worked round the clock to locate her and communicate her whereabouts.

With the issue of her suit case they have followed up with Turkish airlines which was a difficult task and I am glad to say that she received her suit case.

I am confident in recommending Galaxy travel to any person travelling all around the world and even those hoping to bring their loved ones abroad galaxy travel ensures you get best prices and advice on comfortable travel.
