Assalamualaikum wa rakhmutallahi wa barakatuhu my dear brothers and sisters. Please...Avoid. For your own sake...AVOID this organizer and his affiliated group of organizers Prime Express in Oldham. The organizer is a complete liar. Will tell you what you want to hear and agree to your needs before you book and when you get there you will realize you have not only not got what you paid for but worse. When you confront the organizer in a civilized manner he will try to fob you off and have no issue lying to your face in the holy city of Makkah and Madinah. People couldn't even get the rooms they were promised because of ill mannered younger families hassling him for those rooms. You had to literally remind yourself to stay calm and composed just to get the room you agreed upon before booking and putting money down. Is that how you do business? Agree and shake on something then constantly use the excuse "It's taqdeer". Fate. Everything is in Allah SWT hands but do not forget the consequences of your own actions which he was well aware of and had no shame about. He has no manners. No respect and zero consideration for the elderly. Wouldn't even allow me to or even show me where to get a wheelchair for my grandmother even though we had ample time all because he was worried about the younger healthier families who happened to have no manners whatsoever. It's funny how much help those sort of families got as opposed to those who actually needed it. So many people in the group confronted the organizer on so many occasions it seriously almost became the biggest topic on Umrah but fortunately Allah SWT will not let such people detract from such wonderful experiences such as the peace you can find in Masjid Al Haram and Masjid Nabawi. Absolutely shocking organizer. You can and will find better than this organizer who also happens to work with the Prime Express group in Oldham and working in partnership they are trying to monopolize the Muslim South Asian community. Extremely expensive for some people in the group too. Some people paid £1500 for Umrah staying in 3* star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah. My friends not so long ago paid £1000-900 for the exact same hotels! With the price fluctuating between parties and again I noticed the rude, younger and healthier families who seemed to be chummy with the organizer had paid almost £300-400 cheaper than the highest paying travellers who consisted of sons with their elderly mothers or sons with their elderly mothers, grandmothers etc. Now that I have got back from Umrah I'm hearing stories of people who have used this organizer for Hajj and have had terrible experiences. Please, if you are travelling with elderly or even just the family avoid this organizer at all costs. So many children got lost. So many elderly folks had so many issues with getting lost, not getting the minor disability help they require, getting stuck on the top floor of a hotel or stuck with strangers when they requested rooms on lower floors with their family etc. I can see a group of young lads not minding the experience this person provides but even then there are better organizers who can deliver the same experience for far less minus the negatives. Half the group were left behind in Abu Dhabi airport because of some issue of not being able to get onto the plane? Again I'm puzzled. I suspect he lied about that too. He obviously knows more than he is saying. He probably knew ahead of time he had to stay back another day in Abu Dhabi so came up with the excuse. So what happened to the half who did manage to get onto the plane back? How were they going to get home? This organizer was trying to book a coach from Abu Dhabi to take us from Manchester to Yorkshire. How unorganized is that? Fortunately for myself and a few of the lads I got to know we all managed to get family members to pick us up from the airport but there were still people, families, waiting on a coach which would not arrive for another 24hrs until the organizer got to the UK with the other half of his group. Just plain and simply...AVOID.
