I booked a return trip and unknowingly to me, the driver to take me back is a different driver to the one that picked me up. This is wrong and confusing. Please update your system to make trips more easy & forward however, the driver was a lovely gentleman
He sorted the miscommunication between the other driver who was waiting for me before I even arrived.

First time using Fusion tonight, to and from a busy corporate event. I found the service really communicative beforehand, when I couldn’t find my driver among a sea of other taxis they called me to guide me to where they were. Very easy to get in touch, and both drivers were great company, providing excellent service. On time, reasonably priced, turned up when they said they would. Can’t fault the service!
