05/09/2025 was my second time having my car serviced by Furrows Telford, and both times I drove away to immediate warning lights - this year for the exact same problem they were supposed to have fixed during the service.

Upon returning 08/09/2025 to get this resolved, I was refused any refund on the faulty labour, and was told the issue had been a mistake of mechanic/s not paying attention, and it could be resolved in 30 minutes. It took them 90, with no update given to me until 25mins before it was finished, when I was told "15mins tops."

The previous year, mechanics misdiagnosed the warning light I can only assume they caused (as all was fine when I drove in for the service), and quoted the solution at over £1000. Fortunately I consulted a different garage, who correctly identified the problem and resolved things for almost a tenth of the price.

I will never choose to use this garage ever again, unbelievably poor performance.

I took my pride and joy in for her yearly service , health check and a brake fluid change today. Mark Steward always looks after me and my car brilliantly , thanks also to technician Jon. Great job as always

Shocking service from the new management team. I have been a customer with you for 3 years and I will definitely not be back. Not willing to help with a part that you fitted nearly a year ago and now quoting random figures out the air for another new rear diff. Harry and Kevin was your biggest loss. The fact you argued with my partner who is an engineer for jaguar Land Rover as well, who knows the prices of these parts for our Land Rover. Avoid at all costs. All paperwork we have as proof as well.

Had to wait for a friend to write this review for me ! E away had my car repaired by the bodyshop here at furrows and they did fantastic job and the staff snd manager were very friendly and kind to me can't fault them thank you so much .

Would prefer to give zero stars but there is no way to do this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE REPAIRS.

We are having a near 6 month battle with Furrows, our Transit went into the garage for a repair as diagnosed by Furrows and as soon as they say the vehicle is ready we collect it and almost straight away another related fault occurs, we have broken down on a motorway 5 minutes after collecting the vehicle after being told it is repaired and all good.

We have been asked to pay for items on the vehicle that have recently been fixed and paid for, when we pointed out that the parts were fitted by Furrows!!

It seems like they don’t have a clue what they’re going and keep replacing parts in the hope that they can fix it, and of course we keep being presented with bills.

Shocking lack of knowledge, communication or skills.

Furrows great bunch of lads it was only a 25,000 service but was well informed of things to watch out for over next 3 months brakes low but not to extent to change while on service (watch out for red were sensor light)
