I honestly feel valued and valid whenever I come here. Yasmin and her colleagues are just amazing. They really look after me whenever I have work done on my car, and I really appreciate it. This branch is the best in the area, we travelled here specifically from North Wales because our local branch is terrible. We dealt with Jake who was fantastic, highly recommend. We ordered a brand new vehicle and Jake kept us updated all the time, and went above and beyond at every opportunity.

I've waited a while before leaving this review and can honestly say I had a 5 star experience buying my car from Furrows. I called in back in July to take a look at a Mazda cx5, it wasn't the model I was particularly after but I wanted a good look around just in case. Tristan in sales was really polite, genuinely chatty and very helpful from the off and he mentioned that there was another cx5 just in that actually was the model I was after. This was a two year old, one owner, low mileage car but was a bit out of my price range or so I thought. After a good test drive Tristan suggested we go through the figures and we ended at a cost after a very fair trade in offer that was in my price range. Actually, compared to other cars available nationally both then and even now it was a really good price for a lot of car so the deal was agreed. Everything afterwards went smoothly, everything that was to be done got done in time and I was kept informed throughout. The car was beautifully presented on the day and I've put 2000 faultless and very comfortable miles on it since. Really pleased with the car, the price, the preparation and especially the help from Tristan in securing the deal.

I ordered a new ford Kuga back at the end of January and was told it would not be ready to be picked up until June- received a phone call from Furrows at start March and was told it was here.
To my amazement I picked the car up on 28th March.

Not dog friendly so unable to use their courtesy car. Not had great experiences with Furrows over the years. Didn't even answer the phone. After several tries a person answered from Telford. Drove in to see Kia cars.
Their dog policy for repairs and service sent us to buy a new car from Greenhous.

Massive thank you to Tom the Parts Manager for helping with a coolant overflow pipe on my 66 plate ford Kuga today. Even though I had problems with the fitment, and had to make a few phone calls and emails to show the problems, he was helpful enough to check photos sent over by me, consult with a master tech and helped uncover that the previous owners had completed a faulty repair so there was no way the new part was going to fit. They refunded me in full and even kindly offered a bottle of new coolant to make sure the engine level was topped up. 5 star service, can't recommend these guys enough. I wish all the dealers were this good in Shrewsbury.
