Home from home, such a lovely cottage to stay in, the best location on the sea front, we could see the other side of the sea where inverness is and lots of mountains, also we had good views of sail boats. Fortrose has everything you need, co-op, fish and chippy, butchers, jewlerry shops, cafes and much more. Fortrose is a top destination to stay in within Scotland, you can go on amazing walks locally and visit chanory point to see dolphins and rosemarkie which both are also lovely beaches/tourist attractions. You never will run out of things to do and we will defiantly be back next year. The cottage is so welcoming and comfy, they have an amazing garden to eat meals in while watching the world go by and the sofas and beds are so comfy. I reccomend flying to inverness and hiring a car, having a car is amazing because we got to vsit waterfalls and the wobbly bridge!

Beautiful little cottage by the harbour. If you want a quiet escape from life thus is ideal. About 20 minutes away from Inverness but you could be nestled away in a Cove on the west coast of Scotland. Well maintained and very well appointed.
