Pre booked and pre paid for a taxi with front line taxi service for 1am new years day, suffice to say it did not turn up. We waited outside the Yorkshire Lass from quarter to one, it was raining and bitter cold. I am disabled it was freezing. We waited with a group of people even phoned Redcar taxi's for another couple who arrived within ten minutes, we then had to ring a taxi from Redcar Taxis for us, to get us home! It arrived in ten minutes. Front line taxis were called who stated that the driver could a) not find Yorkshire lass public house (Pub). b) that the driver arrived at Yorkshire Lass at 01.08hrs. When I rang Front line taxis as I wanted a refund £17 pounds and was met with lies and abuse from the operator. When I said I would take legal advice I was asked if I was making a threat! So much for customer service! Please do not use this company, they will let you down and blatantly lie.......

What a joke... Ordered a taxi for 5pm, rang at 20 past to ask where it was & was told they were on the way, stood in the rain with my son and puppy. At half past rang another taxi company who were £4 cheaper and came within a few minutes. Still no phone call 2 hours later from frontline to say if they'd even bothered to turn up

Will never use again. Booked a taxi a week in advance for a pick up at 11.30 on a Saturday evening. Stood and waited only to get a message at 10 minutes past midnight to say they've had to cancel our taxi. Tried calling numerous times but just goes to automated service and then cuts you off. Hope you're happy leaving 4 women stranded in the middle of the night.

I phoned Frontline Taxis from Middlesbrough for a taxi to Guisborough. Was told taxi would be there in 15 minutes. Whilst waiting a Boro Cab turned up and said he was for us. He had all our details and told us it would cost us more than the original quote. I rang Frontline and asked if they had sent a Borough Cab. They said no. I refused the Borough Cab and found another taxi. I also received three calls from two different taxi firms. Seems all the taxi firms are in cahoots with each other. This is against the Data act. My info is MY info - not any taxi firm that Frontline decide to pass my info on to. I like to use local firms, but will NEVER attempt to use Frontline again.

Booked a taxi for 7pm as we had a table booked for a meal locally. Stood waiting for 25 minutes before it turned up.
Rang them three times to find out where our taxi was to be told our booking wasn't a priority! and that they were still trying to find a driver after being told that it was on its way three times!
Absolutely appalling customer service, how do these people who take the booking ever get the job in the first place?

Dreadful company spent 5 minutes trying to explain to a lady with terrible english where we were even though we were at a pub on the edge of Guisborough obviously no local knowledge whatsoever.
Eventually she found it on her system to then be informed there would be a £4.00 surcharge as we had a small dog.
We obviously declined as the whole journey was only two miles.

Paid £100 up front for two taxis for my wedding day.

We ended up cancelling one due to my wife not drinking and happy to drive home. We cancelled around an hour before so wasn’t offered a refund which I think is fair enough.

The second taxi which we still wanted to come was booked for around 1205. The taxi arrived at around 1150 and then stated he needed to leave at 1155 as he had another pick up organised. This causing chaos trying to get drunk people out of a wedding and into the taxi pretty quickly, to make it even worse, he wasn’t close to the venue, it was a 2 minute walk from where he was back to the venue.

To say it was my wedding day and me stating give me chance it was booked for this time, he could not of been any less bothered, and just worried about getting to his next client (Which was where the taxi was going anyways).

Maybe it isn’t frontlines fault as a company, but having damn rude drivers who states (not my problem) can drag them down to this one star.
