Freya was incredible at helping us to set up good sleep habits for our baby before we were ready to start a more formal sleep training plan. This made us (and our baby!) really well prepared for when we started the plan. She started independently sleeping through the night after only one night! She’s since managed travel and time changes amazingly well - we would’ve been lost without Freya’s guidance and the strong sleep foundation she helped us build.

I’m so thankful for Freya’s support, both for my baby and for myself - I can be a much better mother to her when I’m well rested!

Freya is an absolute gem, so kind and friendly but firm in the right way that’s needed to stay accountable. I had already tried ‘sleep training’ by myself and made some progress but things still weren’t right, my son was still waking at least once a night and there were lots of tears all the time. A friend recommended Freya and I thought I would just need to tweak things a tiny bit, but turned out there were a LOT of opportunities for positive change. Freya worked with me to figure out his sleep needs / distribution, she guided me through a far more effective bedtime routine and we’ve now got him on a fixed schedule which is working so well!! He’s sleeping 12 hours overnight and naps are predictable now, he’s happier and I feel like I can be a better mum now I’m actually sleeping!! It’s been a complete game changer, thank you Freya!

I can't recommend Freya enough! She has completely transformed our youngest daughter's sleep. She just turned 2 and we had several weeks with her waking in the night and coming into our bed and we were lying next to her on the floor to get her to sleep at the start of the night. I really wasn't sure how we could reverse these bad habits.

Freya listened to us with no judgement and gave us clear instructions and explanations. She helped us implement a routine that worked for us and our daughter and checked in throughout.

Our sleep has been transformed, our daughter now settles herself in her cot and sleeps through and wakes up in the happiest mood. We are all much better for it!

After far too long of very disrupted sleep I got in touch with Freya and could not be more glad that I did. Not only is my little one sleeping through the night and napping well, the mental load and stress of dealing with poor sleep has just completely disappeared. Our little girl was waking up every couple of hours in the night for a feed, and refusing to go back to sleep until she'd had enough milk. Naps in the day were short and on the move. It was exhausting, and the frequent nighttime wake ups were really taking its toll on my mental health. Freya devised us a clear, manageable plan to better sleep, and now our little one is sleeping for 12 hours through the night, and she's benefiting from lovely long naps in the day.
