Genuinely lovely people, more than helpful, well kept, well maintained launderette, machines are excellent, and they provide an automatic dosing system for laundry detergents if wanted. I can happily do my own wash and sit and chat or leave it there for a service wash which is always completed in good time and handed back dry and ready for use. I’ll keep coming back.

I wash away my complaints here. They have sincere, helpful employees who love their job. When you step inside, it doesn’t feel like a business but more like the warm laundry room of a big home. And of course, they wash everything really well.

Fresh laundry in Hoole is a absolute treasure, the lady that did my service wash was a gem and got all the marks out of the laundry and smells as fresh a daisy.. prices are reasonable and staff are so pleasant.. with a coffee machine, books and a drinks fridge what more could you want while your smalls are going around the machine... Will definitely use them again either for a service wash are a regular wash.. if they have a position for a ironing person you know who to call.. 😉

Popped in this morning as washing machine on the blink, I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she’s brilliant- did two washes for me had them ready a few hours later- she actually said have you got things to do meaning she’d have them ready super quick for me, but I couldn’t stay around, and I returned to find the freshest smelling washing ever! This place is amazing- quick, super efficient, so friendly, busy, and honestly I need to know what you use in the machines because it’s divine. Love it , thank you so much.

Went here yesterday, 30 September 2024, a place where you can readily park outside or off Westminster Road car park. The place does service washes, ironing, and self-service washes. There are several small washers that are priced at £5, and then some larger washers are priced at £9. There is no requirement for washing powder or conditioner as most of the machines are linked to persitaltic pumps, which feed the washers with either the detergent or conditioner automatically, although there is a small charge for this. There are several dryers available, of which the largest one is more than capable of drying a king-sized duvet, although this is ascribed to a service wash. The lady overseeing the shop at the time of my visit was really friendly and even offered me a free coffee and a chat whilst working hard. This place has a coffee machine and a small fridge for soft drinks at a reasonable price. Monday is a very busy day with several service washes being done, so it's best to skip that day if possible. Great location with Chatwins right outside for some coffee, sandwiches, or savoury snacks. The review was amended as on my second visit, there were only 3 dryers available, and the rest were taken up by service wash. I asked the lady if i could use one as i had two washing machine loads to dry. She said no as they were specifically for service washes. A few minutes later, another customer (this was not the owner) asks, and she lets them use it. Won't be going here again.
