We have recently took Windsor 40 minute round trip which was pleasant and delightful experience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Weather was sunny which made boat trip even better. Lots of interesting things to see and useful information provided by staff.

We recently enjoyed a 40-minute river trip with French Brothers Ltd and had a delightful time. The boat was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. The staff and the captain on duty were friendly and welcoming, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.

The sights along the river were fantastic, with Windsor Castle being a highlight of the trip. The views were beautiful, making the journey truly memorable.

However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience. The rain cover remained on the boat even after the rain had stopped, which somewhat limited our view. It would have been nicer if the cover was removed once the weather cleared up.

Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider booking another trip with French Brothers Ltd in the future.

Nice way to spend a sunny day if visiting Windsor. Payments can be made with card or cash. Prices aren't high. You can bring snacks on the boat but there is also a bar on the bottom deck. The audio guide speaks clear, no rushed, easy to understand. The crew are nice and the boats clean and tidy. Good to bring children. They have 2 hour cruises but only twice a day. From here the town center is a few minutes walk including the castle. Paid car park 2 minutes walk. Near the ticket office you'll find a nice cafe place with outside seating. Here you can duck & swan food.

Did a 40-minute cruise and it was pleasant, relaxing & informative with good views. It's good value at around £10 per person, and the boats leave regularly regardless of how many people are on board.

It was slightly disappointing that you couldn't hear the audio very well. Headsets for each passenger would be nice.

Lovely 2hr cruise with green, tranquil scenery and an afternoon tea on boat. Really good service. It is recommended to book in advance to enjoy utmost. If you r not sure, just stop by to buy ticket before 1 hour and good luck⭐️

We did a 40 mins boat trip goes until the waterlift and comes back. We were there with our newborn baby and realised 2 hr trip would have been better as 40 mins one’s upper deck was crowded hence noisy , our baby didn’t like that so we had to come down where it was quiter, overall the experience was really nice

We booked the 45 minute tour from Windsor and we were one of only two couples there for the first sailing on Sunday morning. The weather was superb and it was fascinating to listen to the commentary and learn all those little facts that you normally wouldn't pick up. The boat was comfortable and the views were great. staff on and off the boat were lovely - helpful and polite.
We're looking at booking one of the other cruises for later in the year as we were so impressed with this one. There is plenty of parking nearby but I'd recommend getting there early.

We hired the boat for scattering ashes. It was a well organised, peaceful, and lovely experience. The staff on the boat were very caring and sensitive. It was a lively experience. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something special for the final goodbye. They will also play the music you would like to hear. All in all, it was a very good experience.
