Wanda & Michael at Freedom Holidays Ltd are amazing from the moment we booked all the way through to returning the motorhome after our break everything was spot on from the easy online booking system, the fantastic customer service and communication and even the cost, we seriously cannot recommend them enough! We hired the beautiful Swift Escape which comfortably housed our family of 4, it is fully loaded and the attention to detail is unreal it has everything you need! We added optional extras of bedding and a sat nav during our booking which I think is a godsend to have those options when booking, it allowed us to pack lighter having two children! Michaels handover covered everything which enabled us to have a fantastic easy break with no problems, so even if your a newbie you’ve seriously nothing to worry about this was our first time and it was way easier than we thought and if you do have any problems or want advice during your trip Freedom Holidays are always on hand with a quick text or WhatsApp!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, the handover/familiarization tour was extensive and informative and the holiday itself was brilliant. Driving the motorhome was a breeze and the feeling of spaciousness in the cab is great. The big mirrors and reverse camera make reversing and maneuvering easy and confident. The facilities on-board are everything you would expect and just right for a few nights 'off grid' if you so wish. The bed above the cab is extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious for saying headroom is limited. I would normally use the showering facilities on the campsite but thought i would use the on-board shower to test it out as ive not used this type of van before. It was perfectly adequate for a motorhome/caravan shower unit with plenty of hot water - i ended up using it everyday as it was just so 'usable' & convenient. We didn't do a great deal of cooking on-board because we ate out mostly but breakfasts were prepared and cooked with ease and ate outside in the morning sun on the campsite bench. Our campsite was Nolton Cross in South Wales - a beautiful little and quiet campsite with views of St. Brides Bay in the distance with stunning sunsets in the evening. I would highly recommend a motorhome holiday this year and Freedom Holidays to hire it from. Michael & Wanda are extremely dedicated to making sure you have a good experience with their motorhomes. Welcome packs with everything you need including tea, coffee, milk, bread biscuits & beers to get you started on a fantastic holiday.

We have no hesitation in highly recommending Freedom Holidays. Michael and Wanda were outstanding. Communication was excellent right from the initial booking through to collection and return handover.

It was our first time in a motorhome and everything was explained clearly and simply. The videos that Michael sent via WhatsApp were also very useful in case we forgot anything while we were away.

The motorhome itself was brilliant and had everything we needed. The inclusion of tea, coffee, milk and condiments as well as bin bags, washing up liquid etc is so useful as it really cuts down on the amount of things you need to bring with you.

We'll definitely be booking with them again.

What a great experience and adventure this was! As ‘first timers’ in a motorhome we weren’t quite sure what to expect but the freedom it gives you to explore and the fantastic customer service from both Wanda and Michael made it such a relaxing and stress-free mini break for us.

The home is so well equipped with everything that you’ll ever need, everything has been thought of. It was comfortable, spotless and spacious - just perfect!

The briefing from Michael on how everything works was very much appreciated and it was so reassuring to know that he was only a phone call or message away if we had any questions as we set out on our adventure. He even sent us a detailed video of the key points to remember (which as newbies we did have to refer to on a couple of occasions!)

Our trip took us to North Yorkshire and Northumberland and we drove through the most beautiful countryside and coastal routes.

All in all Freedom Holidays are highly recommended by us and we look forward to booking our next adventure with them next year.

What a wonderful adventure. The motorhome was in pristine condition when we picked it up. Mike is meticulous in his briefing of the controls and so very open to take on feedback. Wanda has all the personal touches covered, with chocs in the Fridge. They make an excellent team, providing faultless customer confidence before you go on your travels.
This was our first time motorhoming and we were quite nervous not having experience driving a vehicle of this size. It’s fair to say after a short distance the nerves disappeared and the Swift’s handling became second nature. There really is excellent visibility with the mirrors and rear camera. It was not long before we were giving the customery waves to fellow motorhomers.

We arrived at Norfolk following a 3 hour uneventful drive. Our destination was a village called Barney a short distance from Cromer and Sheringham. The site was the Old Brick Kiln Caravan site and we would firmly recommend it. It has a lovely fishing lake, excellent facilities and loads of little quiet roads to cycle our bikes.

The entrance to the site is tight, but clear arrival arrangements and one way system eases the process.
If your new to motorhoming be prepared for the oversight (from fellow caravaners as you park your vehicle, connect up and/or set the smoke alarm off at breakfast. 🥺It’s quite an experience-to feel all the eyes on you as you manoeuvre in position. Rest assured you’ll have the chance to watch someone else 😀.

Back to the facilities in the home. The cooker is excellent providing us with several meals and the fridge has sufficient space. We utilised the onboard telly to watch the Euro Semi’s, (happy days -?shame about the final). Reception was good and aerial set up was pretty simple.

We mastered the shower/toilet and managing the various waste waters and adding topping up water too. All this under the watchful eye of fellow caravanners again😂. Obviously ready to assist.

We tried all the sleeping arrangements available, (above the cabin and in the main seating areas. All really comfortable. We only had one bad night as the Gods blessed us with torrential rain and wind. (It was cosy though).

All together we had a splendid break in the motorhome and this has prepared us for further adventures and longer stays.

The bike rack was excellent and held 2 quite heavy ebikes comfortably

If you are thinking of buying a Motorhome or hiring I would firmly recommend you hitch up with Freedom Holidays first. Mike and Wanda have it all set up to give you taster and a safe experience.

From the initial contact and ongoing updates, to the thoughtful welcome pack and fully stocked itinerary of equipment ~ every little details has been thought of by this family run company……we were short of nothing!
The motorhome itself is of a high spec and is beautifully maintained…..a joy to drive…..we are already planning our next hire with this trusted, local company.
