Very enjoyable and lots of great information 👍
Guide Gary was entertaining and knowledgeable over the 2 hour period and provided lots of opportunities for questions. The walk was not challenging with regular stops on the way and kept to smaller groups.

The walking tour is great way to explore the city and our guides Andy and Mark captured 3000 years of the city’s history in the most memorable way and told us fascinating facts we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Bath!

We had a wonderful tour with Steve—truly one of the highlights of our trip. He is an incredibly eloquent storyteller, and the way he brought history to life made the experience unforgettable. We had a wonderful guide ‘Justine’. She was attentive to everyone in the group, starting with a ‘warm’ introduction, she was engaging with all members throughout the tour, and very knowledgeable. It was informative and fun. ‘Justine’ certainly lives up to the nickname ‘turbo legs’, and her passion for the city of ‘Bath’ is great. It’s clear she has a great pride in her City, and ‘Bath’ should be proud of her.

Our tour guide only interacted with the white people but avoided conversations with all Asian looking guests in the group. For example, I can tell you all the western looking guests' nationalities because he asked them about it but I could not tell you where the other two Asian looking guests were from. We were never asked. This is sad.
I later reached out to the organisation hoping for a sincere apology. They told me they were shocked and said the behaviour was unintentional. However, unintentional discrimination is also discrimination.
Overall, this was a hurtful experience for me.
They said I was the first one to complain about this. However, I think many people also just don't dare to speak up for themselves.
Therefore, I feel like I need to tell my story here.
