Kim was absoloutely great took the time to go through everything with me for a large party booking. I was really struggling to find a holiday anywhere for a reasonable price but Kim made it look like easy work and found some great deals for us and I'm normally the one who searches and finds the deals. After having nothing but trouble with another company Kim could not do enough for us. Footprint escapes is by far the best travel agents I have used. Could not recommend them enough. Will definitely be making all future bookings with them.
