There were issues with our booking and the driver didn’t show on the morning, which was extremely inconvenient.
However I was given a refund for the deposit paid.
Communication was quick and a full apology given. Hopefully they can sort their driver issue soon.

I'm not sure what went wrong but our 6am taxi (from Tackley to Oxford Train Station) never showed up and I received no response to my 2 voicemails. We waited outside for around 20 minutes - it's a small village so you'd hear a car coming from some distance away - before giving up and had a pretty stressful morning trying to get to a house viewing because of it.
I booked online the day before (Friday) in the early afternoon and received a confirmation email, so in my eyes that's sorted. Would be interested to know what happened.

Driver was 20 minutes late. My booking wasn't on their system seems like whoever took my call didn't add it on. When he did arrive though he was nice and professional and waited for my appointment to finish to take me back to Kidlington. I got charged £25 each way to Bicester I though that was way too expensive. They had a meter on the whole time, even though they made me believe that the fair was pre-agreed. Anyway I'm new to the area so not sure what other taxi companies charge but I will certainly not be using them again. Wish them all the best though.

Rubbish, do not trust outfit. We booked a return trip to Nocturne this week and had written confirmation of our booking. When we called beyond our pick up time we were told that they were to busy and couldn't provide us with our taxi. If you need to be somewhere by a certain time, use someone else.
