Flowfree Lowri is a world class kayak coach and river guide. I've had coaching from some of the world's other top coaches and imo Lowri is among the best of the best.

She's particularly good at giving you the right tools and the confidence to make good decisions on the river.

Absolutely fantastic coaching, Lowri is so friendly and has such a fun positive attitude which makes paddling the fantastic experience it's supposed to be! My girlfriend and I had a day's coaching on the upper Tryweryn and by the end of the day were storming down it getting lots of eddy's with much better boat control, my girlfriend started the day very nervous with not much confidence and finished like a different paddler. Lowri broke the river down into manageable sections so it was much easier to deal with, with really good clear and easy to understand instructions but also getting us to think for ourselves which allowed us to build up our confidence and skillset as we moved onto bigger and harder parts of the river. Always smiling and laughing this gave us the confidence to push harder and try different lines we probably wouldn't, we would absolutely recommend Lowri and Flow Free Kayak coaching to anyone regardless of their ability.

So Lowri is an amazing Coach. If you are looking for some top quality kayaking coaching then look no further. She has shown considerable patience and understanding over the years with my kayaking skills. From developing my boofing, to guiding in the Alps through to AWWSR. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I've done a number of courses and coaching sessions with Lowri, looking at everything from white water skills to psychological techniques to coaching skills. They've all been excellent, and I regularly use the skills and techniques I've learned from her in my paddling. I look forward to more coaching from her in the future!
