They are terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid a deposit as they said I had two months in which to pay. When I came to pay the prices went up by over 50% and they refused to refund my deposit in full as they hadn't even reserved the tickets.
I've written to complain about them and they've refused to even acknowledge my complaint.
Avoid them at all costs they are not only very un-professional but are basically criminals stealing people's hard earned money.

I strongly do not recommend this travel agent. I was influenced by their 4.3 Trustpilot rating and decided to book a flight through them, but the experience quickly turned into a stressful and disappointing one.

After I paid the deposit for a flight, they flagged several unexpected “issues” when I went to pay the balance—and suddenly, the total cost had gone up by £1,000 more than what was originally agreed. This kind of last-minute price change, after a deposit is paid, is not only unfair but also, according to Citizens Advice Bureau, a breach of contract.

Despite reporting it, the company denied any wrongdoing. On top of that, if you want to cancel, they charge a £50 fee per person, even though it was them who changed the terms.

When I compared the final price to booking directly with the airline, the difference wasn’t even significant—but with airlines, you get clarity, reliability, and peace of mind. This agent might offer tempting deals at first, but they come with hidden costs and a lot of stress.

Lesson learned: Don’t let high ratings or cheap deals fool you. Always read the negative reviews, no matter how few, and seriously consider booking directly with the airline instead.

They trick you into paying deposit with reasonable flight prices and then when you try and pay balance, they will increase the price considerably. You end up losing your deposit. It’s a scam from start to finish. Ty turns out they are agents of another travel agency and all promises made were false

they scam people for a deposit, they will tell you its a human error that you should call to make the full payment after 9am but that the email confirmation says by 9am. they dont care about having a recording thats says you can call any time after 9.

BOOKED A TICKET WITH THIS COMPANY. WE AGREED THAT I PAY IN 2 INSTALLMENTS. PAYED £70 AND WAS TO CLEAR THE BALANCE ON THE 15TH JULY. ON 15TH JULY I CALLED THEM TO CHECK IF IT WAS OK FOR ME TO MAKE PAYMENT ON THE 16TH JULY. I WAS AGAIN ASSURED THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AND THAT THE TICKET WILL REMAIN THE SAME. I CALLED ON THE 16TH TO MAKE THE PAYMENT, BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE TICKET WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND WILL LOOSE MY DEPOSIT. THE LADY I SPOKE TO WAS VERY VERY RUDE.
I THEN WENT THROUGH THEIR REVIEWS AND REALISED THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE WHO RATED THEM LOW HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. PLEASE,PLEASE. BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR TICKET WITH THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPOLOT.
