WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! A new way of fraud through a travel agency. A fake agency Holidaycart (supposedly a branch of Flights & Holidays Ltd.) offers 30% cheaper tickets. However, after paying, someone from their so-called company calls you selling the story that your tickets are on hold and that you have to pay extra for another date. We just lost 1,500 pounds because they don't want to return our money. We threatened to file a lawsuit, which the woman said they were ready for. Terrible. Btw she call me on Whatsapp from India!

Sam rebooked one section of our already booked flights by an Australian company and half of our requested seats and cancelled other seats we had tried to book with Qatar, posing as Qatar London. We have reported the company to Qatar as advised by Qatar and they are investigating.
