Ever year the renewal takes an inordinate amount of time. This year I must have spent an hour on the phone. It is also becoming very, very expensive. I will look at a different insurance company next year.

I have paid over £300 and can find no way of retrieving my policy or getting anyone to answer a phone call. The chat bot doesn't accept spaces apparently so no sense from that either.

Easy to organise on line.

Great to have an email after the holiday to check all went well and provide instructions as to what to do if needing to claim.

Only issue is that my credit card statement shows I have been charged twice. The same amount on the same day.

I am not sure how to get a refund.

Great company! Best prices for travel insurance. Last year I had to change my travel plans three times and this company just changed the dates accordingly without any queries. When I booked another holiday , I went straight back to them for my travel insurance.
