The coastline around Flamborough is amazing to explore from the sea. Be sure you're wearing a life jacket and have your mobile phone on you. There are plenty of sea caves to explore but must also advise to use caution and only enter if safe to do so. Launching from North landing is ideal, as it is situated in quite a sheltered cove, whether your on a kayak or paddleboard. The access is quite steep and can be slippery at times due to sand. The car park at the top is reasonable too, charging £5 for the day, meaning you can take your time. Toilets are located at the top alongside a lovely cafe, selling hot and cold food along with refreshments, and I've cream. A smaller kiosk selling hot and cold food as well as refreshments is also situated in the boat hut at the top of the boat ramp.
Due to its popularity, the car park can get full quickly regardless of the overspill area.

Fastastic place, it was very windy n bit of rain, it a lovely place to visit when it in nice dry and sunny… beach is amazing which has a little passage to the cave… if you walk to the other side of the beach there is amazing view of cliff and can see different bird on cliff rock. Parking has plenty space with just £1 for hr and cafe on the other side, however it opens only at 11 am.

Flamborough Cliffs are a spectacular part of the yorkshire Coastline. There are lots of caves and rock pools to explore. It's worth going to the bay next to the lighthouse to see the Seals with their pups and the drinking dinosaur rock formation dating back 130 million years to the cretaceous period. There is food and drink available at the old lifeboat shed and the cafe at the top of the cliffs. There's a large car park at North Landing and next to the Lighthouse.

Opted for the lovely walk from Bridlington station. The path was muddy at times and often exposed to the steep incline into the sea, so make sure not to wear your best shoes. Took the bus back to Bridlington which departed about five minutes onwards from the lighthouse. Very peaceful and scenic walk, even got to see some distant seals. However, I must admit the best views were located at the very end, surrounding the lighthouse, adjacent to a car park.

Just three words ...am azi ng!! 😛 But seriously, it's a lovely plase, or rather large patch of land, rocks and water where you can forget about life's issues and a rat race for a while. Bring some water, your dogs, kids even cats if they like to walk on a lead and go, get lost in such lovely scenery.
Flamborough Head has one of the most important seabird colonies in Europe. In summer the cliffs are packed with tens of thousands of breeding auks, gannets, gulls and puffins, creating a memorable experience. The chalk grassland, especially in Holmes Gut, is rich in flowers attracting butterflies and a number of uncommon moths.

It was such a beautiful place to visit and a lovely clifftop walk. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on the lead. We spotted Puffin, Fulmer, Razorbills etc. There is also the chance to spot Minke Whales, but we didn't on this occasion.
Parking is pay and display.
