Just to make a point before you read this review. With over 6.7 million views on my reviews and being in Googles' top 10% of reviewers globally, my reviews are honest and concise.

This company has the phrase 'Excellence In Passenger Transportation' on their buses. However, this could not be further from the truth.
They are just plain awful as school children Transportation at best. My children have used this company for over 10 years, and there is literally nothing good to be said about them.

They've crashed buses into trees, throwing broken glass from the destroyed upper deck onto children, then NOT reported the crash to parents, leaving us worried as to our daughters' whereabouts.

They allowed a top less male teenager (19) non pupil onto the bus along with school children to give him a lift home.

They dropped my other daughter at a different stop as the driver didn't stop outside Earls Colne primary school but instead dropped her outside Riverside Spice, leaving her to walk and cross the main road alone.
I was struck by one of their drivers as I walked along the pavement. He literally just laughed and refused to give me any of his details. ( see attached photo of driver)
They allow vaping on the school bus and do not challenge it either.

Driver just turned right straight in front of me, thankfully I can drive unlike the coach driver and stopped. Wouldn't trust my kids to travel on a coach driven by that driver.

Flagfinders provided coach transfers for our wedding party. On time, friendly, professional, and the coaches were comfortable and clearly well looked after. I get on the flag finders bus to go to school sometimes the busses are nice but sometimes there smelly hot dirty and very noisy and some of the drivers are really rude
