3rd time now in past 2 months I'm sitting at bus stop waiting for 197 bus from Carmarthen to Llanelli. First bus due at 7.44 been here since 7.30 8.10 still not here so got to sit here til 8.51 next bus and hopefully that will turn up? Have to say drivers are polite well mannered and helpful but service from company not good .

It's bus station
Could be more bins around possibly o e at each stop so you can bin drink thing before getting on bus rather than leave it tidy or miss the bus trying to find bin

Just declined my bank card as they machine didn't work, now I can't use my bank card absolutely disgusting as its been cancelled though them fumming with First Cymru couldnt get money from a cash machine so had to walk home.. won't use again and watch out for them doing this to you. Going to see if I can take the matter further

Since first bus changed how the university bus system works, I've only encountered issues. Particularly today when for an unknown reason the top deck of the bus was taped off. I was also waiting for 30 minutes for the service which is meant to be at most every 15 minutes.

Driver was abrupt,he said he only has 3 pound change whilst we were given 10 pound only to get three pounds change. Now owing us a pound 111,19.20 ,route 63079 driver 533761 could NOT give the exact amount we required. And its all on CCTV.

Absolutely shocking service!!!they're not fit for purpose. Constantly fail to turn up and there's never any accountability from management. Drivers are always hanging about but apparently when the bus doesn't run it's because there's no Drivers. Overcharged prices for a exceptionally poor service.

Am severely disabled (spinal cord damage which much affects my mobility). Get usually greeted by thoughtful, and helpful drivers who often assist in getting me on / off the bus safely.
