Asda going down hill fast, very poor service at pilsworth,
(1) asda own gravy granules have changed they used to be good,but now very poor plus now cost 50 percent more.
(2) Went for a pizza on Sunday at one o'clock only to be told very rudely we are closed, but on there website it clearly says pizza counter open from eleven an till four pm on Sunday.
(3) would never use there cafe total rubbish.

They hoodwinked me for 12000 I have Alzheimer's and forgot where I was going I went in 6 times and booked the same holiday on the same dates I only wanted to go to Skegness I ended up with 6 holidays to the Tahiti where the bloody hell is this!!! After all this I forgot I was going away and they won't refund me

Dont book with this place. They took thousands off my pensioner parents for a holiday they couldn't even get insurance for without spending another few thousand pounds. Knowing full well it was a high risk area.
