There are so many big companies out there who provide a service at minimum cost with minimum service levels too, so it's refreshing to deal with a friendly small company like Finest Stays (quite apart from supporting a UK local company rather than a multinational). You're used to a quick response from websites, but unusual to get a friendly call the next day to confirm the reservation and happily discuss any questions with me; the advice about getting travel insurance was particularly appreciated. Well done Finest Stays, I had two companies to choose from to rent our preferred property, I'm glad we chose the right one.

Finest Stays is one of the best apartments we have stayed in ,Kate and the team are very helpful and friendly, the apartment is always clean and the welcome pack is very good,the bag comes in handy for shopping it's always in the back of my car. Oh and the views at The Lanterns in Hope Cove are wonderful,especially the sunsets and sunrise.

We've used Finest Stays a few times now and find the process easy and quick, with plenty of properties to choose from (although we are returning to the same one - it was lovely). It's also good that they follow up with a call or e-mail so you know you have booked correctly and you have a named person to go to with any queries. Looking forward to our stay next year.

I’ve just booked a stay with Finest Stays. The website is easy to navigate with a great balance of information about the types an accommodation, services and photo galleries. Searching was very easy and also which stays were available. Booking process very straightforward too.
My experience of contacting Finest Stays was very good too. They were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
I received not only an email confirmation of our booking but also a phone call informing me of the next steps and what to expect a few weeks before our holiday.
We’re very much looking forward to holiday next year.

Just booked a 2025 trip with Finest Stays. We have used them previously and they provide a wonderful service. The booking process is straightforward and all communications are clear . The properties on their site are also amazing and details have been shown to be spot on for the properties we’ve stayed at so far. Would highly recommend them.
