This is a beautiful little harbour that had a couple of working fishing boats there during our visit. There are benches around the harbour, so visitors can watch what is going on.
The backdrop is the very pretty Findochty cottages.
In one corner, there is a seated statue of a fisherman, known as "The White Mannie. The plinth has a biblical quote.
Psalm 16 v 24:
These saw the works of the Lord and his wonders if the deep.

Finechtie is a pretty little harbour, with quite a number of leisure craft but still a few working boats.
I'm told that until just a few years ago Finechtie was known as a 'dry' village without a local pub.

Lovely small marina / harbour... relatively new... it has a small beach called McKenzie beach just opposite it and a lovely walk around such an eye-catching village. Beware of the ducks 😉
