Had another fantastic holiday with Ferris @ Hotel Pinada Palace, Terry/Thomas our wonderful Driver’s for getting us all there & Back safely, & Sarah/Tina Courier’s keeping us in snacks-Drinks, been going with Ferris for years can’t fault them. 🤩

Done the Disneyland paris trip and it was amazing. They do all the hard work and we just get to enjoy. The bus was spacious and comfortable and we had the amazing driver Lee who was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very funny. Will be booking again 100% for next year

I used Ferris Coach Holidays from 1998, until 2020. Never had any problems at all. Always had 5* service, and even had the black coach for my last trip, very comfy coaches.
I admit, I go by plane now, as I'm older, and like to visit different countries, but am now looking at Ferris Coach Holidays again, for next year, 2026, to take my grandchildren to Spain.

Just arrived back from 7 days in the Sumus Hotel Monteplaya in Malgrat De Mar, absolutely lives up to its 4 star adult only status.Ferris coaches were faultless, liked the efficient way they get straight to resort with few needless stops.You get chance for a proper meal break on the ferry of course.Well done, I’d give them 6 stars if there was a choice available.

We contacted Ferris coach hire a few months ago to book a coach for Haverfordwest Youth rugby tour for three days. From the first point of contact with Barclee and Russell they have gone above and beyond. The day before departure we had to change our itinerary due to the bad weather, contacted them to let them know and it was no bother. The day we left our club Cian the driver arrived at the pick up point early and left on time. The coach was absolutely spotless inside and out. We gave Cian all the times for our comings and goings, he was spot on with collection and drop off for the whole trip. On our last day he also suggested somewhere where all 40 of us could stop and eat but also had room for the coach to park. Great experience

From the outset, booking a trip with Ferris was a breeze. I felt assured and in safe hands; especially with the level of communication from Barclee and Darren.

We were a group of 22 excitable hen party members on our way to Brighton from the Valleys. Dan our driver was brilliant. He arrived on time and let us take some time to decorate the bus. He was very patient and professional for the 6 hour journey (to and from Brighton), especially whilst we sang our hearts out the whole way. He was friendly and approachable. The bus was brilliantly clean and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the onboard toilet. It was also a very lovely surprise to have a bigger sized bus.

We're a group that are always looking for the next trip destination and after this weekend, I can confidently say that I will be contacting Ferris and requesting Dan for future journeys.

Just wanted to say thank you to the driver of the coach that clipped our wing mirror on Western Avenue this afternoon. We were about to turn left into Caewal Road and the driver decided he wanted to share the left lane with us rather than stay in the right lane. The coach was straddling both lanes earlier on Western Avenue. Only our wing mirror was clipped but could have been much worse had we not turned left at that point.
