Faye organised a trip to Iceland for me and my partner. The process of organising the trip was all very straightforward and Faye managed all this beautifully for us, keeping us up to date on progress at all key stages.
Iceland itself was absolutely stunning and well worth a visit too this rugged Island. The hotel we stayed in was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly.

We booked our holiday through Faye Ford Not Just Travel as we were really struggling to find a holiday specific to our needs within our budget. Faye was so helpful sending us a few options with ranging budgets. She found us our perfect holiday. The whole process was so easy. She was supportive and so helpful all the way through booking, payments, advice for travelling with a baby (as it was our first time and I was quite nervous about it), she even checked us in. We were given the best room in our area at the complex and treated really well. There were no issues at all which was brilliant travelling with a young baby. Faye even checked in on us whilst we were away to make sure everything was perfect for us. This was the most easiest and stress free holiday we’ve ever had and it was all down to Faye. The holiday was amazing and before we came home I got back in touch with Faye to book through her and Not Just Travel for next year. We won’t be using anyone else ever again. Just come back from the most fantastic 9 night holiday in Rhodes. Faye made the whole process worry free; from booking, to check in, inflight extras & communication/travel updates prior to travel. First time in Greece and we were so happy with our experience, will definitely return to the island & go through Faye Ford! Fantastic customer service & brilliant price too.

I had a great experience booking my family holiday with Faye. Not only did she listen to my holiday budget & list of approved destinations, but she was also patient when i threw my own rules and requirements out of the window owing to me having ‘a moment’ and feeling impulsive, and turned everything on its head.Faye stayed customer focussed throughout.

First class service and support from Faye Ford when we booked our holiday this year to Menorca. I personally had not flown or been abroad in 20 years and was very nervous, but Faye took the stress and pressure away by listening and taking on board what would make the perfect holiday for us as a family. Booked a holiday to Lanzarote through Faye Ford, not just travel. Well, what can I say. From our first contact right through to when I arrived home. Faye organised the best holiday I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail, the information provided & above expectation service by her was second to non. The ease of check in at the airport, it went like clockwork & the hotel was absolutely fantastic.

Faye arranged our wedding in St Lucia and was so helpful and efficient from start to finish, any queries or issues were sorted out straight away and she definitely went above and beyond what we expected.
