What a wonderful place. I am blown away at the attention to detail when it comes to accessibility. My daughter is a wheelchair user and this property is the best she has stayed in. Beautiful property, lovely hot tub and all your accessibility needs met bumy the great host!! We will definitely be going again.

This is the second time we have stayed here with my son and family. The place is very spacious, has everything you need for a relaxing break. The hot tub is always popular and of a nice size. David (our host) is very helpful and always on hand for any questions. Thank you again for a very enjoyable break. We will be back.

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

Perfect for my father with limited mobility, allowing him to move independently around the spacious, purpose built property.
The hot tub was lovely too.
A peaceful location and easy to find. Very friendly and helpful owner/host.

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend away! myself, hubby 3 kids and a nanny-with reduced mobility.
The property had everything my mom could need, lift to first floor, profile bed, shower seat, raise and recliner chair-home from home.
The property also had a hoist, hoist lift in the bedroom and even over the hot tub!
Lovely touch, also provided logs for the wood fired hot tub which was amazing following a busy day.
The grounds were lovely set in, what looks like an old farm, even had a mini farm with pigs, goats & chickens.

In all this is an amazing property, that is fairly local to Stratford upon avon for a great day out.

I must say this has to be the best property we have ever stayed at, that caters for my moms needs.

Communication with David fantastic before and during the stay. Everything is clean tidy and modern, Fire heated Hot tub really good and worth the effort. Definitely recommend and plan to stay again.
