Called in this morning and again in the afternoon , the ladies are very pleasant and passionate about their town and its history and sights to explore . They couldn’t have been more helpful . Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this interesting and beautiful town .Magna Carta stunning . Thank you

Friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to show us around the amazing documents stored here, including a copy of the Magna Carta. Activities for kids available too.

I was very disappointed to be treated so rudely, when I went to the shop to pick up some leaflets. The young woman closed the door in my face and walked back in. I was unaware at the time that it was due to close at 1pm. Previously very helpful staff. Not good customer service. Not exactly a stressful job.
