I couldn't be more thankful for Robert! Our tyre burst driving home on a Sunday evening. I had my young children with me and I thought it'd be impossible to get home that night. I was dreading the logistics and high cost of whatever was going to happen.

I shouldn't have worried! I found Robert on google maps straightaway and he picked up the call on the second ring. He explained to me how to get the tyre size off my wheel and said he'd ring me back in 5m to let me know if he had it in stock. Despite being a rare size, he had it and came to fit it within 30m.

He was so professional and friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Contacted Robert through the RAC when we got caught out by a pothole and ended up with a flat tyre. Great communication and let us know how long he would be. Turns out our issue was more than just the tyre and the alloy itself was damaged. Robert did everything he could to seal the tyre to the alloy and get us back on the road. Came back for us a second time when the seal came loose and we got stuck again, went as far as to drive behind us for 10/15 minutes when we were back on the road to make sure we were okay and didn’t have any more issues. Truly went above and beyond for us, all while having great chat to keep us at ease in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!!
