Phoned for a taxi during what I would consider peak time. My hire was covered within a maximum of 15 mins, at least 10 minutes earlier than the minimum wait time quoted by the call handler who was very nice polite and tried her best to accommodate me. My driver arrived. She was called Lisa. This young lady was just perfect in every way. Her car was immaculate, she was friendly, polite and very easy to communicate with. I felt at ease in her car and by the time she dropped me off I would be happy if she was my driver every time from now on. She drove a black Toyota estate, had blonde hair and an amazing personality. I hope as a company you appreciate that her personality and professionalism ranks you as top of the list. Five star. Premier league compared to the competition

Taxi showing up late in random unmarked car, not bothering to send text message then buggering off… is not my idea of a reliable service. Are we expected to stand outside in the cold? Not impressed. Never again.

It was our first time booking with Them.
We booked 2 trips from West Calder to Royal Infirmary Edinburgh and return. It costed Us only 56£ per trip - only... because others wanted 95-105£.
I strongly recommend this company - You can trust them .
Everything was well organised and on time. Thank You "Fair Deal Cab" . I will return to You if in need,for sure.

Thank you so much to Mr Mirek the taxi driver for his exceptional customer service today, as well as the lovely lady operator from the night shift. My fiancé had a serious operation scheduled for today and we weren’t sure if it was to go through because of the red weather alert. Mr Mirek waited with me for 1,5h and then took me back to my hotel safe. Always smiling and great chats that really helped the massive stress and worry I was in. Best driver ever. I felt very bad to keep him wait so long and kept apologising, but he said it’s his job and he loves it. He truly wanted to make sure I left the hospital knowing it was going to be ok. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and all the best to you and your family.

I really love how quickly the cabs are ready to pick up the customer, it makes using this service so convenient. However, the service has not been consistent, it has been really good and really bad. I have had two experiences for which I needed to call in to complain because it was that bad. I would prefer that the one receiving the complaint when the customer calls in should listen to understand what has happened instead of justifying and making excuses for the driver. It really undermines the customer and is not nice on top of the bad service they have already received. Rather, take points from it and just simply do better. I literally had one driver ask me why I want the music off when I requested him kindly to turn it off, and then he goes on to respond that he is gonna keep it on because he likes it in the rudest way possible. Then another cab I went into smelled completely of smoke and I asked for the window to be put down in the back because it was locked and I wasn't able to do so. He refused to do so and eventually proceeded to put it down ever so slightly, and then continued to be rude for the rest of the drive. Both instances the woman on the phone I complained to talked about their exemplary service, and how she's shocked with this complain etc. That is not helpful because that was not my experience at all. So please make the customer feel heard/respected, and take the appropriate measures necessary to make sure that this does not happen again.

Very poor taxi company, recommend to avoid and use another firm instead. Called for taxi from McDonalds opposite next at Livingston Designer Outlet and this was too hard for the taxi driver to find apparently big yellow arches and bright signage isn’t obvious enough! Told to stand opposite next which we did and then when the driver went somewhere else he said he couldn’t drive to McDonald’s because the pick up location had been set as somewhere else even thought that’s where we had asked to be picked up at. Useless customer service on the phone just hung up in the end and went with All The Fours instead who arrived minutes later and didn’t have us wandering around outside in the rain clueless as to exactly where the driver will be for ages.

I don't think to review things very often and I know I really should, but I had to write this one.
I arrived at Livingston South train station from Leeds on Friday night, very tired, very sore, cold and wet. I also had a very tired and fed up Siberian Husky Puppy accompanying me and the buses didn't look to be playing ball with the rest of the journey, so I had to call a taxi. I fully expected to be turned away after being asked what breed the dog was, because I know the general opinion on Huskies can be quite negative, but nope!

Not even 10 minutes later, I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Ian and his 'all things great and small' taxi driver attitude. I wish I could share the short video that I sent to my Mum of him perking my puppy right up. He got out and gave her so much fuss and attention, shared photos of his own dogs and the story of how he came to have the tiny Yorkshire Terrier nestled into a cosy bed in the front with him and was overall such a happy and enthusiastic person, who seemed absolutely thrilled to be picking us up thanks to my pup's presence!
I was almost disappointed that my friend was my ride the next day, but I will be making that same trip again next year and this is one aspect of it that I won't panic about.

Thank you so much to the operator, who got me sorted very quickly and, to Ian, thank you for brightening a long journey for a very tired little dog. While Ostara may be bigger next time, she won't quite be donkey sized, so we're in the clear😁

Was called a white devil and had my change threw at me by a foreign driver. After I said I would pay extra for him waiting less than 60 seconds for me to come out. Obviously wasn’t good enough for him. Avoid!!
