I was recommended Ade by my travel advisor after booking my holiday.
From the start communication was poor but he guaranteed me my booking was secured.

2 weeks before we were due to travel I got in touch as hadn't heard from Ade and obviiusly wanted to double check all ok. I called and sent a couple of messages over the course of a week. Not a single reply from him after a week of trying.

Have booked elsewhere and they have been fantastic. Received an email booking confirmation immediately. Whatsapp and a phone call.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I have passed on my feedback to the travel advisor.

Could not have had a better service - first time of using Ade he was so friendly and polite - went out of his way to communicate the collection point - the vehicle was spotless and comfortable and he was a very considerate driver.

We will definitely be using Ade again

Ade took our son and daughter in law to heathrow airport. It was a surprise for our sons 40th birthday. What a fabulous service, fabulous vehicle and a very smart friendly driver Ade. Thank you for helping to make their journey so special.
