This company are unbelievable and not on a good way.

we booked them for our Annual Girls Brigade camp in 2023 and they sent us a coach where the dashboard was literally moving and shaking as we drove and then the driver keep checking his phone for directions and when he did the coach would vear over the road to the wrong side.

they apologised and gave us a credit of £50.

so fast forward to Camp 2024 and we gave them another chance.

you seriously couldn't write this stuff. firstly the coach was 32c and the air-conditioning wasn't working, it was so hot we had to pull over to cool down. the driver rang the office and all they said was that's the best it does open the sunroof.

we then released an hour in to our journey the driver was going to the wrong place.

so I had to put the right address in his phone (we had lost an hour by this point) he then came off at the wrong junction which added another 30 minutes to our journey.

I journey that should have taken 3.5/4 hours took us over 6 hours.

I must add that the driver moaned when he saw what bags we had, saying he wouldn't get it all in. I told them when I booked how much we would have.

I literally emailed while still on the coach as this all happened and I still have not had a reply.

stay away, do not use..

they had 21 girls ages 7 to 17 sit on that coach in 32c heat, unbelievable

I have had to change a booking for the third time today. During very stressful times they have been so helpful. This company couldn’t have been more obliging or accommodating. I would definitely recommend using this company , it’s been a pleasure to deal with them.
