What I just witnessed in the cow wynd Falkirk by one of your drivers,the way he spoke to the OAP that was too frail to get into your maroon Hyundai, number 46. Was disturbing to say the least. I hope karma catches up with your ignorant driver.

Pre-booked to meet us off a specific train into Larbert, take us to the hospital, wat 10 minutes whilst we delivered a monitor and then return us home to Dunblane. —— all went like clockwork on an absolutely foul weather day. Driver (Ronnie Millar) was very professional, taking great care in horrible driving conditions.

Second time we've been abandoned by "Falkirk's biggest and best Taxi company". Had a great family night out . Called for taxi about an hour before the end of the night and was abruptly told " we've got nothing" ! and hung up on. TWICE !!
I called again and explained I had two pensioners and we were not within walking distance . I was told " Not out our fault, we don't have enough drivers".
Well I'm sorry but this is absolutely YOUR fault.
Plenty drivers for school and airport runs !!!! ( Btw you can't get a taxi during school run times either , I've tried ).
I intend to push this issue further with the council but I would suggest it's maybe time for a change. Maybe time to allow Uber to operate in Falkirk ?

Absolutely disgraceful company. Firstly, last week, they sent a taxi to a different town. I thought I'd give them another chance, and tonight, 'my' taxi MM16CZA was picking up another hire when I was supposed to be getting in. When I told the driver I had the cab booked, she accused me of swearing at her and that she wouldn't be taking me. Infuriating, and completely untrue. What I actually said was her company is a riot. I realise this review won't change much in the grand scheme of things, but I'll never use this company again. If I were to treat my customers like how I was treated tonight, I'd lose my job. Shocking. Steer clear.

Booked a taxi on a Sunday morning for the following Saturday at 23:30 from Bannockburn to Denny. Had a call an hour before pick up to say that they are unable to pick up from Bannockburn, so it was very last minute to cancel and something that could have been done in the previous 7 days

I booked via the app, our house is not on the main road, so we cannot see if a taxi is waiting there. The taxi did not therefore come to our address. We did not get any notification or call, which I full expected to get when using an app.

We did finally see a taxi turn on the main road, however this was a white car when the app told us to expect a black car.

We were called after the taxi had driven away, I answered but the caller had hung up when I did. I called back and was met with a rude and abrasive women who was not willing to listen to the fact the taxi had not in fact had been in front of our house or anywhere visible to us. When I asked when we could have a taxi they were not interested, so therefore were happy to leave us stranded.

I will not be using there services again and advise anyone who is to be very cautious of their app.

Tried to book a taxi with this company following The Killers' concert on Tuesday and was hung up on twice! I understood that they were booked out and told them I was willing to wait the 30-40 minutes they estimated, but was still fobbed off before I could even tell them where I was. Terrible way to treat potential customers

Left stranded with a baby!!!

After seven years of using Express Taxis and always trying to do my best by a local company & drivers I've had to make the tough decision to stop after a horrendous morning. I booked a taxi the night before as I am travelling with my 8 month old baby. I was lied to all morning and told the car was 10mins away, then 5mins away, and it's arrived now 35mins late meaning me and baby have missed our train down to London. There was no concern for me or my baby and I'm disgusted that in today's world, a company can feel okay lying to a parent with baby and showing no responsibility for a service they haven't provided as booked. Add to this the fact they offered no solution and on a previous trip charged me twice, I've got to say this is the last time I will use a company I've used faithfully for seven years. Will absolutely be complaining to the licensing body.
