Called for a taxi in Stromness and they never picked us up!

We were told a silver mini van would show up in 20 minutes, so in 40 minutes we called back and found out they picked up someone else. We did see a small car pick up another couple, and yet we waited, only to find out the mini-bus had been changed to a car, (so that car was the ride we were supposed to catch) and dispatch thought we had been picked up, but it was the other two persons. No more cars were available, so we were forced to ride a bus. Totally unacceptable if we call for a taxi and they pick up someone else! Particularly in an area with very few taxis available. I will always call another taxi service if possible here in the Orkneys Islands.
