This was our first Experium holiday but it won’t be our last. Yvette’s organisation and attention to detail was superb with excellent communication beforehand. Nothing was left to chance but carefully planned out and she was always there to support us if we needed it. Single travellers were never left on their own and quickly made new friends but many of the group had met others on previous tours. She is an amazingly experienced tour manager who knows all the best places. The choice of activities on our Arctic adventure was wonderful but she tweaks her tours after each visit to constantly improve the service she offers. Getting to see the Aurora 3 out of 4 nights was such a bonus. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Another fantastic holiday with Experium Travel Ltd., this time we went to Chile with its stunning varied landscapes and wildlife and the weather could not have been better. We visited the Atacama Desert, the Chilean Lake District and Patagonia and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to South America with a lovely tour group. Amazing and memorable experiences, all thanks to Yvette and her attention to detail. Watching the flamingos on the salt flats, seeing the Tatia geysers at sun rise and seeing penguins on Chiloe Island were just a few of the highlights.

I recently returned from a Winter Wilderness trip to Finland organised by Experium Travel. This was a wonderful trip with amazing experiences. Yvette Barnett, who is the owner and Director of the company was with us throughout the trip. I had a great time and am looking forward to my next trip in September this year and am in the process of booking another trip for next year. Just returned from a magical trip to Inari, Finland. It was organised brilliantly by Yvette our tour leader, director of Experium Travel. She was with us from start to finish. keeping everything on track and ready to sort out any problems should they have arisen. We stayed in aurora pods which allowed us to view the northern lights from inside. The activities were wonderful. Driving a team of six huskies was one of my favourite activities but watching a night sky full of stars topped off by magnificent dancing lights was unforgettable to say the least. The hotel provided a lovely variety of delicious meals and all staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend the trip highly enough.

The tour of Madagascar with Experium Travel was an excellent tour, and one of the best I have been to. In the two weeks we have seen so much, crossing different landscapes from the Highlands down to the South coast. We saw the Indri Indri and other species of lemurs and met many chameleons. We visited the local villages, walked through the rocks and canyons of Isalo National Park as well as through the Baobab forest. My husband and I enjoyed the Madagascar trip very much and we are now looking forward to another tour with Experium Travel, which we consider as the best travel company.

A brilliant few days at Inari in Northern Finland. Husky sledging, riding on a snow mobile, ice fishing and a visit to a reindeer farm. We were very lucky and saw the Northern Lights, a 6 hour display, breathtaking. We stayed in Aurora cabins which have an expanse of glass so great to lie in bed and watch the lights. Experium trips are well organised and you are given information prior to departure relating to all aspects of the trip. Highly recommend travelling with Experium Travel.

If you want to travel with a small company with a focus on off the beaten track experiences with the very best guides and tour manager ,great company, staying in excellent accommodation and affording truly unique experiences, then this is the company for you! I did the “ hidden gems of Cornwall” short break with Experium in March 2022 and have already booked my next trip. From beginning to end Yvette paid attention to every small detail, nothing was too much trouble, accommodation and food excellent and I saw parts of Cornwall that I’ve never experienced before- from Celtic burial sites and “wise women”, to the best isle cream and Cornish pasties in “ off the tourist trail” places. This really is the very best in small group travel experience. Thank you Experium!
