We had booked to be taken and brought back from Manchester Airport. We cannot express how attentive Jordan was. He was considerate, bang on time going and the communication to know exactly where he was at the airport pick up car park was outstanding.
We were blown away with his thoughtfulness when going home (asking if we needed to pick up any bits, food etc).
Jordan is a credit to this firm and we will be requesting other trips through him as I feel nobody will be able to achieve his professionalism, a genuine person who as other reviews have said easy to talk to and have a laugh with and it was sure a pleasure to be in his company.

Amazing service and a very respectful man, 9 weeks day in day out i was taken to and from a school at a distance lasting 30 mins each way with my kid and always felt safe and comfortable in his presence on our journeys.
Really couldn't recommend anyone more than jordan and his professional service of which he takes very seriously.

Executive direct travel are very reliable. I have been using this company for at least a couple of years. The driver is always on time. I am an older lady travelling on my own so feeling comfortable and safe is top priority. When travelling by air it is very important to me to know a friendly face will be waiting to drive me home. Amazing taxi driver, easy to talk to and have a laugh with on your journey. Jordan is amazing with my son who is autistic and is very patient and understanding with him, really couldn't ask for a better taxi driver. If i could i would book Jordan for everytime. Having lost our usual airport transfer I was drawn to Jordan's website by all the previous 5 Star reviews and they weren't wrong. Competitive pricing, timing suggestions, punctuallity, personable and professional driver, comfortable car, are all Jordan's stock in trade.
The experience was the perfect start and end to our holiday and I have no hesitation in recommending Jordan to anyone needing transport for any occasion.

Booked transport with EDT my driver Jordan was friendly and couldn't do enough to help, despite my plane being delayed over 2 hours that wasn't a problem and there was no extra charge. He offered a shop stop on the way back which was helpful. Feeling safe whilst traveling late at night and a really smooth journey Jordans driving is perfect!!
