I’ve booked 2 holidays now through Ian and will continue to do so. What a hassle free process and brilliant value for money. Customer service is so good and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel in Costa Teguise had everything - entertainment, darts, volleyball, football, mini golf, play area, kids club and more. 2 enormous pools and access to water park. Love it!

MSC Seaview cruise was great! Very tiring as like a city break every single day so up early each day from Cannes, Monaco, Portofino, Pisa, Rome, Palma, Barcelona. So a week to see all those places was rather exhausting but the ship also had everything for every age! An adults playground with over 15 bars, casino, Al a carte restaurants and would highly recommend booking and paying extra for these as the buffet and standard Al a carte restaurant were so busy and food ok, not great but restaurants you pay for the food was outstanding and service impeccable! Quiet, relaxed and very enjoyable! Drinks good but queue at each bar to one point where a waiter with an iPad takes order instead of waiting and sitting to be served all round the bar which was frustrating! Also queued for over an hour getting off the ship at Cannes as absolute chaos with over 5000 passengers on the ship! Plan your time wisely! All in all great experience and now know how to efficiently and effectively make the most out of the next cruise we do!

I can’t thank Ian Robinson from Exclusive Travel enough for organising the most perfect getaway to a gorgeous villa in Visilki, Greece. The villa had a private pool and was immaculately clean, offering stunning views that were truly breathtaking. The terrace from the bedroom was one of my favourite spots to relax! Ian took care of everything—from car hire to fast check-in passes and even airport parking, ensuring the entire trip was stress-free. It was such a relaxing experience, and I’m already looking forward to booking my next holiday with him. Highly recommend

I can’t recommend Exclusive Tavel highly enough. Ian found the best family holiday for the 4 of us, including private transfers and upgrading our all-inclusive package. Ian also found the holiday cheaper than online due to his personal contacts with the big airlines.
We were informed our flight home changed to very late hours about 3 months before we were due to fly, I ask Ian if he could look at amending the flights for us. Within the day this was done, and we changed the flights with no problem at all.
The flight, hotel and holiday were amazing, and we made some great memories, especially when swimming you overlooked the Elephants.
I will always be booking my holidays or city breaks with Ian going forward.

Saw an offer on Exclusive Travel website for Ikos Dassia in Corfu , although the dates were not what we needed we got in touch with Ian to see if he could recommend a similar hotel.
Ian got to work and managed to get us a great deal at the same hotel on the dates we asked for and even got a room upgrade. Nothing was too much trouble for Ian and he sorted everything from check in to transfers, everything went so smoothly from beginning to end.
We will definitely be using Ian again and would highly recommended Ian to anyone looking to book a holiday or anything travel related.
