I had an unforgettable stay with Exclusive Private Villas, located in the incredible Reunion Resort. The villa was out of this world – spacious, luxurious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We booked a lovely villa in Reunion on vrbo for our October half term holiday a good year in advance. But with 6 weeks to go we were abruptly told by the owners that they were cancelling our booking due to "unforeseen" reasons. After trawling all the usual websites for the best part of a week trying to find suitable alternative accommodation, we made contact with Kerrie who promptly found us the most stunning villa in Bears Den. Upkeep of the exterior was not good.
Bugs all over the coach lights and the weeds coming through all the pavers were so high they were touching the lounge chairs
Part of the pool screen was hanging over the pool. Chairs for the dining looked like play chairs they were tiny not adult chairs
Carpet had too many stains . The staff did respond immediately and took care of some of the issues but I didn’t like walking in and having to make phone call after phone call with issues. AC did not work the first 24hrs etc.
