I have worked with the England branch of exchange people limited on and off for many years and never had any problems with the team, led by Director, Gill Turner, who are a very courteous and friendly staff.
Queries are dealt with quickly and effectively and all hours worked are processed correctly and on time.

I wish I could rate this lower. Disgusting agency I would rather be jobless than work for these again. Rude staff that write their Own reviews on here (Owen Fox works in the Runcorn branch wrote a 5 star review 10 month ago). Promise time and time again to give you a call back in an hour when they’ve looked at work work they’ve got but I wouldn’t hold your breath, that call will never ever come. Not to mention I have all of my licences and a lot of experience so it has nothing to do with that side of things. Once they had messed me about I wrote a comment on their Facebook page which they have now blocked me and family from viewing. This has to be the most unprofessional unorganised agency I have ever come across in my life. Can’t believe they’re still open haha joke of a work place. If you want to be messed around, judged, Miss treated and under valued then this is the agency for you😂

Travelled about 20 miles to sign up with them cos they said the job was still available, the girl said she would ring the following Tuesday, didn't hear anything. I rang on the Thursday and the same girl I got a week earlier answered so I said any news and her reply was have you signed up with us? I said yes less than a week ago 🙄. She said she would be in touch by Monday, never heard anything, so I rang them again and got the exact same girl, she asked the same question again and I said are you having a laugh now? She then said she would have word with the person who spoke to me last time for giving me false information. And I said you're the only one I've spoken to for the month I've been with you for?! In the end the job was gone so I rang up and told them to take me off their system and guess what they asked? Was I signed up with them 🙈🙈😂😂 Joke of an agency, literally forget people straight away, and when you try and find stuff out they just brush you to one side, more about trying to make the numbers up than trying to get you employed!

Registered in feb, got loads of experience in the jobs that keep appearing so i call up and they go on about how they will call me if something comes up (5 months going on for) i think the jobs they advertise may be just tackticks to bump there lists up with people to call when it suits them, if ever. Dont waste your time

Absolute joke of an agency. Only gave one star because couldn’t go any lower. Unprofessional and obnoxious staff. Registered and never offered me any work. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone
