Really easy to get appointment booked for my car which had a rather technical issue. I was updated on the progress, which is rather refreshing these days! In just a couple of days the fault was detected a part ordered placed on the car and coded in. I found Nick a very nice and down to earth guy who explained things in plain English. We received a brilliant professional service and at a decent price. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I called Excalibur to book my vehicle in, sadly the phone was busy so I left a message. Within 30mins they had given me a call back and my vehicle was booked in. Nick came out to my house and found the fault. He was very professional and was very considerate on the price. Called. No reply! Left a message. Still no reply. Called the mobile number on the recorded message. Still no response. In the end booked in with local Toyota dealership. I do like to support local trade but they need to respond!
