Half marks, because the online part 2 seminar was excellent - accessible, encouraged interaction even with a large group, breakout groups used well. Part 1 consisted of mostly fake AI people with grating AI voices and teeth and hairlines that kept changing shape in a horribly uncanny way... very distracting. I ended up just turning off the video and reading the transcript. Just replace the AI with a real person or even just a real voiceover and it would improve Part 1 tenfold.

Evolve is a very professional organisation and is one of a few trainers for schools in educational visits training. I found the training excellent and the trainer is very knowledgeable. Andy went out of his way to further support us with reviewing our forms and policies. Would definitely recommend EVOLVE for courses about educational visits and risk assessments. Have complete both the co-ordinator training and the universal visit leads. Both courses were thorough and good quality. They direct you to government resources and guidance. Good pace to the co-ordinator training and opportunities to ask questions specific to your setting.
