Started out as a seamless experience, the guys I spoke to seemed friendly, helpful, and eager to get me into a car quickly, which was great. My problems came when I had missed a service for the car. I received absolutely no communication from Evogo to let me know I needed to make all the arrangements for my service. I've leased numerous vehicles in the past and always received some sort of communication from them when things were due regarding the car. I was then told I'd be fined £1200 for the missed service. I tried to resolve this issue with them without having to pay such a big fine and I was told my options were to buy the car off them, pay the fine and return car or pay 50% of the fine and take out a new contract on the same car but a newer version at a much higher cost! Absolutely ridiculous behaviour. It got to the point whereby I felt like they were going to try to constantly fine and charge me for things 1 way or the other so in the end I bought the car off them and sold it on. Nightmare company and I wouldn't recommend.

Just as a follow on from the EVOGO reply.
Not once did I receive an email with a reminder or even to let me know when the service was. I actually had to read thoroughly through my contract in order to see the date it was due. There was no sticker on the windscreen.

I've been dealing with Evogo for about 3 years and I'm now on my fifth car through them. The service has always been excellent, friendly, straightforward, and hassle-free. I've mainly dealt with Lewis and Russel, who have both been brilliant throughout, always professional, responsive and easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend Evogo to anyone looking for a reliable car leasing company.

I've had a number of cars from EVOGO over the years and always found them very easy to deal with. The process for picking up or swapping cars is quick and extremely easy from start to finish. The new car was immaculate and handover completed in less than 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to Russel again for arranging everything to facilitate my recent smooth changeover into my 7th car with Evogo. I have been a customer of Evogo for several years now and the staff I have dealt with, its customer service, and terms have all been excellent. One less star on this occasion - the reason being that I have noticed the choice of vehicles on stock lists over the last few months has been limited - a change from previous years. This may be due to availability issues in the motor trade, however, it does limit choices when it’s time to replace.

Staff are always extremely helpful, they remember their customers names. Great contract flexibility which is perfect for me !
Been a customer for serval years … would’ve given 5 stars just need the car stock list to expand like it used to when I first joined neither the less I am enjoying my new car and continue to be a loyal customer … o please bring back the Luton pick up point .

Super service from Lewis and the team.
Car arrived exactly when we needed it and I’m looking forward to driving it. Fingers crossed for a smooth handover when the time comes.
Couple of points for consideration, for shorter arrangements, please consider removing the 1.5 month charge as it makes a competitive attractive price less so, when added. Otherwise, thanks for the super service so far.

I had an outstanding experience with Russell Blythen at Evogo From the very beginning, his professionalism and attention to detail during the onboarding process immediately made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Russell’s knowledge, courteous manner, and genuine duty of care made me feel like a valued customer.
