Absolutely terrible taxi service. I booked over an hour before my picking up time to head into work that day. Not only was my taxi 35 minutes late and made me late to work, they also didn’t care. I called multiple times explaining I needed to get to work hence why I booked the taxi for that time and they continued to lie and say my driver was 5 minutes away but my driver was just accepting new and different jobs before bothering to come to me. Will never be using evo again, and recommend if you ever need to be somewhere, don’t bother with this service.

Absolutely awful service. We ordered a large taxi to take 7 of us to a wedding and it didn't turn up at all. The booking service itself is atrocious as you can only get hold of an AI answer machine which then doesn't put you through to an operator. In the end I had to go to the EVO office in Haywards Heath to secure my booking. But despite reassurances I had a confirmed vehicle, it didn't materialise. Instead I received an automated AI message on my phone saying 'a driver couldn't be found'. We then had to scramble together our own cars and drive ourselves to the venue. On our return journey the taxi was 30 minutes late.

This morning Evo car was prompt, driver very pleasant, car clean price competitive. I will book them again. PS although AI the booking system was pleasant and effective

I booked a large vehicle online and advised on how many pieces of luggage we had. When the driver arrived he was incredibly rude and advised that he was told this was a small vehicle that was requested. We were lucky that the vehicle was large enough however the driver was still reluctant to take us. The driver advised this keeps happening with web bookings however his attitude towards us was not acceptable and started our holiday off on a really sour note.

Great cab driver. However, EVO failed to pass on the info that we were 5 people with 5 cases, despite the fact that they asked us about number of people and cases when booking! EVO could communicate better with their drivers. Apart from that a smooth, if cramped, journey.

Drivers are good, but the automated system is terrible. Bookings are accepted even when there are no drivers available, so it’s not uncommon for a booked taxi to be 15 minutes late. The telephone service is not helpful. Ensure you plan ahead, and allow lots of extra time.

Drivers were very good and friendly.
Automated telephone was useless it was difficult to talk to anyone.
Your office messed-up my return taxi. I had to cancel the booking on 16th July and rebook for 17th as my flight was cancelled at 4pm on 16th.I gave you my flight details as EYZ874 which arrived at Gatwick at 12.45pm but there was no driver to pick us up. After a call to your Automated system to tell them we had arrived they changed the pick up time to 1.34pm but the driver didn't pick us up till 2.05. The driver also made me pay for the trip in cash as he couldn't get a signal on his Sumup machine.
I will be writing to you to make a claim to get this back.
As you realise I was not at all happy with your service and won't be using you again.
