This agent kept denying receiving my Emirates refund. I was awarded a refund of over £700 in October 2020 because my Emirates flight got cancelled during COVID. Emirates processed my refund in October 2020!!! Evershine decided to keep my refund and not tell me or my local agent. After nearly 4 years of asking for my voucher they have agreed to pay me £400. Personally, I think this is FRAUD. If you were due a refund from your airline there is a good chance these guys have it and have kept it for themselves when this money in yours not theirs. You have a right to claim what is yours.
