Recently had a very positive experience when buying my new car. I already had an idea what I wanted and as I wondered the forecourt Lukasz came over to offer help. He was extremely patient, helpful and informative throughout the whole time I was there and most importantly gave me time to process the information and ask as many questions as I needed too. He was never pushy and I always felt I had the opportunity to explore different choices or walk away. Furthermore once the sale was agreed in the following week he continue to be available to answer questions and kept me fully informed on all aspects of the preparation for me to pick up my new car. I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC from Evans Halshaw, Peugeot, Doncaster. The drivers seat needed a repair for a small tear in the leather. Benjamin took care of the car from start to finish, I was offered a courtesy car for the duration of my car being off the road which was a great help as we have a three hour round trip to make to the dealership, Ben kept me regularly updated with my cars progress over the three weeks my car was with them. The drivers seat required removing and taking to the specialist for a brand new seat panel. My car is like brand new and I’m extremely happy with the result. Great service, and superb customer care. I couldn’t be more happy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
