Got charged an administration fee for a parking fine at my own place of employment even though it was cancelled immediately. We use parking eye to monitor our car park and because of bank holiday weekend a fine was issued before they could issue a permit. All this was explained to Europcar, I’ve offered multiple pieces of evidence to show that the fine was immediately cancelled, I’ve even offered to show my bank statements to prove that no parking fine has been paid but they remain totally unhelpful and are just after some more money. First time for me using Europcar and definitely the last.

Avoid this disgrace of a branch at all costs

I suffer with mental illness and mobility issues so I had to have a car from these from motability as my mg is in the garage and I can only drive automatic and these unfortunately were the nearest branch, first they brought me an MG with damage all up the side and only half a tank of fuel and the car smelt inside a bit like cannabis. Anyway, the cars infotainment system didn’t work properly so they came and collected it and didn’t bring anything as a replacement, so I’ve been trying to source a replacement because they kept offering me manual cars that I can’t drive, after a while of contacting every branch I discovered that this lying bunch of unprofessional people lied on an email to Europcar In house saying they apparently offered me an automatic which they didn’t and that I’d asked for a posh car which I haven’t, and that’s apparently why they haven’t contacted me to offer any help, so don’t go with these if you appreciate your life because they’re nothing but a bunch of con artists and liars

Rude on the phone and send me a car that stinks of weed and filthy inside and out. More damages to the car than listed and fault lights on indicating tire pressure is low. Inspected this and 2 drivers side tires were almost flat!! AVOID EUROCAR TREDEGAR !!
Corrupt service and will make you liable for the damages !! Car as dropped off at dealership so you have no choice to takeaway and return it !!
