Fantastic service. Great staff who are very friendly. If you check in online and provide all the info required then there is no hanging around waiting for documents to be verified. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again if I need a van.

Paid online for to hire a vehicle. Was contacted after them taking the money to say they don't have the vehicle available. Now left with no vehicle and paid. Was told a refund would be back within an hour. Still waiting. Can't get through to the branch and the europcar number is a booking line who can't get through to customer services. Do not use these!

Awful experience. Booked on line for delivery but told on the delivery date that they didn't have a vehicle for the time frame I requested. Eventually got a vehicle a day later. On pick up for the return I was informed of a 9am slot and waited at home. They retrieved the car at 4pm. Waste of a day.

Shockingly bad, refused to give back property which was in the car.
Passes around non stop for 6 days no-one can tell me where my property is, no-one contacts us about our property.
This is the worst customer service ever had

Awful company to deal with. Said the car will be delivered from 10-12 as the previous customer who had the car prior to me dropped the car off late. Car wasn’t delivered in the time frame given. Tried calling them at 12:30 but no answer. If you need a car, do not rent off these.
