I have a great experience riding in ETS Cars. I would give 100 stars if I could but 5 stars is maximum in this review rating. Ahmad was very kind, patient and panctual in fetching us going to school and going back home for almost 6weeks. He also gave us words of wisdom while on the car. It is highly recommended to book and ride on the ETS Cars on Leeds.

Our return transfers to Leeds Bradford airport were brilliant. The driver was prompt, very helpful and very friendly. His service was outstanding. Particularly the return transfer in the early hours with two very young children. He made the final part of our journey extremely smooth and stress free.

We will definitely be using the service again thanks to our great experience.

We had 8 people coming from overseas for 6 weeks, for some training on our company products. Ets Cars completed the Airport transfers from Manchester, as well as the daily runs to and from the college. They went above and beyond and were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They were easy to contact and were extremely flexible. They were always on time, and even when the incoming flight and baggage collection was delayed, they waited at the airport. It's so nice to find a company that you can actually rely on without worrying about being let down or them not turning up. Will definitely use again when we need taxis in Leeds and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reliable taxi company.

Don’t book a pre ordered car. They will refuse to cater to changes. The rating is for the admin. They were rude and unaccommodating.

The actual driver, arrived early and waited patiently for us to get ready. The driver get 10 out 10 stars. He was so lovely and he makes the whole company worth it. Put him in admin!!!

Brilliant service. Highly recommended. We were both let down by the booking agent we had mutually used but we quickly agreed an acceptable price over the phone. Turned up on time to take us to the airport (4:30am) and arranged personal pick-up in the terminal on our return - again on time and waiting for us - and helped us with our bags. We will definitely book direct with them next time as they were great!

I have been using ETS cars a couple of times the past year and this year I also booked my trip to Leeds from Manchester Airport with them.
I am very sorry to post this review, but I hope it will contribute to the improvement of the service in the future.
I ordered a cab from Manchester to Leeds on 20 March 2021. The driver was very polite and came on time. But the car inside was very very very dirty!! It seemed to me I was travelling in the middle and with the trash!!
I wanted to change immediately on the spot, pay double, and get a cab from the airport. But then I felt sorry because in the past years ETS always provided drivers was very clean cars. And so I did not change.
In these pandemic times, where we look at our family members whether or not they have hands washed/ disinfected , and then we travel in these absurd conditions?!

Excellent service. Booked for an airport transfer feom Manchester. Baggage arrived 2 hours late. Driver waited and met at arrivals and helped with bags. Great communication and excellent service. Highly recommended for airport transfers.
