I've been on several hikes with Jack this year and always look forward to the next one. They are really well organised with a full kit list provided and Jack has always checked the route thoroughly beforehand. I went to the first one on my own and was a little bit apprehensive but needn't have been as it was such a friendly group of people who made me feel welcome from the second I joined. I'm now regularly bringing friends along and my dog who equally enjoy the experience. Can't recommend joining Jack and his hikes enough.

Have been on several hikes which have been organised by Jack and would definitely recommend. It is a great day out to get the exercise in, to meet new people and enjoy the nature. Well organised and great value for money.

Been on a couple of hikes with Essex Adventures now and what can I say. Jack is a great guy. Gets to know everyone and is very approachable making it easy to feel welcome. There's a range of hikes for different abilities with scenic views. Love the organisation of being sent a kit list to prepare for the hike ahead. Looking forward to the next time!

I've had the pleasure of joining several trips with Essex Adventures, and each one has been fantastic! I have been on several hikes with Essex Adventures and have enjoyed every one! Jack provides great communication, gives clear expectations to the hike ie what to bring, level of challenge and how long for. All locations of the hikes have been beautiful. Jack takes time to get to know everyone in the group and the hikes are a great social event with like minded people. This was my first hike and back in the Forest in a long while. It was a great experience and met some amazing people along the way who made the journey even more enjoyable and a big thank you to Jack who runs these amazing hikes connecting with nature and new friends.

Have done a couple of hikes with Jack and have lived them. He makes sure he speaks with everyone making you feel really welcome. There are lots of different hikes with different abilities and distances usually with stops along the way for food and drink. Have met some lovely people and walked through some beautiful scenery which fills me with happiness . Looking forward to the next one.
